There are closings… and then there are moments like this 🤍🏡

Watching my nephew and his beautiful wife become homeowners at such a young age fills my heart with so much pride. This isn’t just a house, it’s the beginning of their legacy, the place where memories will be made, and a reflection of everything they’ve worked so hard for.

Being trusted to guide and represent family through such a meaningful milestone is something I’ll never take for granted. Handing over those keys was so much more than a transaction, it was a full-circle moment I’ll carry with me forever. From watching you run around in diapers, to your sports days, high school graduation, college graduation, your wedding day… and now your very first home 🥹

When I moved to a brand-new state a few years ago, I had to rebuild everything….. my business, my network, my knowledge of NC state laws and contracts. It wasn’t easy, but it pushed me to grow.
