The best closings start long before closing day.
Yesterday was a special one.
Not just because my clients closed on their new home, but because I had the privilege of helping friends navigate one of the biggest financial and personal decisions they’ll make.
What people see is the closing photo.
What they don’t see are the conversations, planning, number-crunching, timing, preparation, and strategy that happen months beforehand.
One of the biggest concerns homeowners have is whether they can buy their next home before selling their current one. In this case, we created a plan that allowed them to purchase without a sale contingency, move into the home they loved, and then successfully sell their previous home with minimal days on market.
There is never a one-size-fits-all approach in real estate. Every family, every goal, and every situation is different.
My favorite part of this job isn’t the closing itself. It’s helping people create a plan that gives them confidence every step of the way.
