This was a tricky sale- 1st 2 “buyers” flaked out for no reason, last one saw it through. Close to 6 months of this. 🫠

In the end, the seller looked at me with tears in his eyes and said “I’ve never had this much money before and I never thought that place would sell and it’s all because of you” 🥹

This is part of my why. 🙌

Not every house is “pretty” and in great shape. Sometimes you get ones like these that are a total challenge and to get it sold is so satisfying. 🫶
