Founded by Bryan Graham, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, Fruition began as a small bean-to-bar operation in a Woodstock guest cottage and has grown into an award-winning craft chocolate maker. Today, you can visit the factory store at 📍3091 State Route 28 in Shokan, open daily from 9 a.m.–5 p.m., or stop by the retail boutique and coffee shop at 17 Tinker Street in Woodstock for mochas, lattes, matcha, hot chocolate, and plenty of chocolate treats. Nationwide shipping is also available!

Some places make a community feel like home: and Rough Draft Bar & Books is one of them! 📚☕🍷

Located at 82 John Street in Kingston’s historic Four Corners, this independent bookstore and bar offers new books, beer, cider, wine, Counter Culture coffee, local pastries, savory pies, readings, book clubs, and other community events. Details courtesy of Rough Draft’s official website.

Rough Draft has also announced plans to move to the nearby Senate Garage space in 2027, subject to updates from the business. Hudson Valley Magazine reported on the planned move on May 1, 2026.
