Wendell Hoover Realtor Wendell Hoover Active in the Real Estate Industry as an investor and developer for more than 10 years, I started rehabbing houses in Harrisburg in 2003.

In 2005, I formed Green Street Properties, LP with 2 partners. The partnership rehabbed approximately 30 homes over the last 5 years, mostly in Midtown Harrisburg and specifically in a section that we named Olde Uptown. Our company along with WCI Partners, LP transformed this area from one of crime and blight to an area that young professionals, families and new graduates are proudly calling their

home. These rehab efforts resulted in 16 new townhomes and approximately 85 rehabbed homes. Now the majority of the homes in this area are owner occupied. I personally was responsible for all the land and home purchases for both companies. During the past, I have continued to renovate Midtown homes with the goal of increasing the number of owner occupied homes in the city. In 2007, I along with 1 other active partner and 1 silent partner formed Balanced Development Group, LLC. This company has been developing a tract of land off of Crums Mill Rd into a townhouse development called Monticello Heights. This development will consist of 36 townhomes. Currrently 11 townhomes have been sold. Completion of the development is scheduled for 2013. ACHIEVEMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS:
