One of the best parts of real estate is getting to welcome someone to the community we already love calling home.

I recently had the privilege of representing Kyler on the purchase of his new construction home as he makes the move to Harrison to serve as the new Harrison High School basketball coach. We’re excited to have him here and wish him the very best as he gets settled and becomes part of our community.

Matthew Fay with FIG Realty represented the selling side and was also involved in bringing this new home to our local market through his construction business, FIG Homes, LLC.

Matt and I work for different brokerages, but transactions like this are a good reminder that there’s room for all of us to work together. As more young professionals choose Harrison, having a variety of quality housing options is important. Our family has been blessed with one more reason to be thankful. 💛

Welcome to the world, Sam Parker! There’s just nothing quite like becoming ‘Mia’ all over again. My heart is full, and I’m soaking up every tiny snuggle and every minute with our newest blessing.

And his middle name carries a little family history with it. Parker is my maiden name, his dad Lucas carries it as his middle name, and my nephew Parker carries it as his first name. Now another generation gets to carry a name that means so much to our family.

Grandbaby #5 — already so very loved. 💛
