Certified Real Estate Advisor I moved to the mountains of Colorado in 2009 and never looked back from my rural life in Indiana. There is a certain beauty here that can't be found any where else. My dogs, Soldier and Jasper, and I love to be o

utside where we can explore the land, view wildlife, breathe in the fresh air, and revel in the abundance of beauty. We are so fortunate to live in such close proximity to the many different landscapes surrounding us - from mountains, to desert, to high alpine desert, vistas and valleys. It's all here. Thankfully, Soldier and Jasper seem to love our life in the mountains as much as I do. They are always on board for a quick camping trip out to the desert, or to take a day drive through one of Colorado's incredible canyons. We love to splash around in our rivers and creeks and learn about our wildflowers, native birds, and wildlife. We have hiked hundreds of miles and have witnessed incredible sights. If we get a chance to see a Moose or a herd of Elk, Pronghorn, or Bighorn Sheep our day is made. The day I decided to become a Realtor, I knew that choice would put me in a position to not only share my abundance of love and excitement for the mountains, but it would also give me the opportunity to help people in their own quest for their own joy and contentment in the mountains. I truly believe living in an environment such as this provides us with unrivaled fulfillment. I am so thankful to live in Park County, Colorado and to call this incredible county ‘home.' There is a certain air of community and helpfulness here. I am equally thankful to have the opportunity to be in an impactful position such as being a REALTOR® in Park County. I have a bit of a reputation for always sipping water AND being dramatic in my slides by doing a total 180 by slide 6.

No shame in my game. It's the easiest way I know to get people to actually read the advice instead of scrolling past it because it "sounds like something they've heard before."

Because most of the "advice" floating around out there isn't wrong, it's just recycled from someone who's never met you, doesn't know your budget, and definitely doesn't know our market.

Good advice said with zero context is basically a coin flip. I'd rather you just ask me.

That's the whole reason I do Mini Consults, so you get answers built around your actual situation instead of a caption you screenshotted at 1am.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, "when it rains, it pours contracts." The Sellers and I are so incredibly thankful to have received three really great offers in one day on their property. The Sellers were able to choose the best offer that fit their needs, and now they can start planning a new chapter of their lives.
