We have some new neighbors in the South Bay and I am so happy they are here. It will be a big adjustment from NYC but they will have a beautiful ocean view to help them 😊

What is real estate if not bringing a buyer and a seller together to help each achieve their dreams? ✨

This deal is exactly why I love what I do! I had a seller ready to move on from her 1-bedroom Santa Monica condo, and a buyer who just signed on to an incredible new job in the area and was ready to relocate from Orange County. Two people, two totally different journeys, one perfect match. 🙌

Representing both sides of a transaction can get complicated — but not this one. Everyone was aligned on the same mission from day one, and that’s the magic that happens when you put clients’ goals first every single time.

This was my grandma’s house 🏡 😭. She told me she wanted me to sell her home before she passed at the age of 98! My grandma is one of the kindest, amazing ladies I’ve ever met. I’ve had an overwhelming number of her friends and neighbors reach out to me to tell what a legend she was.

They don’t make them like her anymore. I miss her terribly but I am happy this process is done and the new buyer will be able to enjoy her home as much as she did.

Love you Grandma, thank you for letting me sell your home. You are my heart ❤️

✨I have driven by this home hundreds of times and unbeknownst to me there is a resort hiding behind these walls!

✨We felt like we walked into a beach resort in Mexico with the stunning arches, high ceilings, and skylights that made the entire place glow!

✨My clients and I looked at some pretty basic condos, so when I saw the look in their eyes when they walked in, I knew this would be the one.

✨I am so blessed to have such a wonderful couple to work with. Even though they were extremely busy, with a couple trips out of the country, they got everything done for an on-time closing. We also had a great listing team and overall this felt like a great success.

✨Congratulations to one of the sweetest couples I have ever met. I had a blast looking at homes and sharing kitty pictures along the way.
