🎉Happy Closing Day!🎉 The home-buying process isn’t always easy, and this one definitely had its share of twists and turns—but finding the *right* home made it all worthwhile!😊

I had soo much fun showing Aubrey and Colton several homes out in the country, taking us to many areas in NE Minnesota. But when we found this one, it checked alllll the boxes: acreage, a peaceful setting, close enough to their work, a solidly built home, and best of all… a secluded lake! 💙

Once we found the perfect home, it was time to work closely with the lender and title company to make sure everything came together correctly. Thankfully, Alyssa and her team at Fairway Mortgage Company, Hibbing Branch worked closely with Jenny and the team at First American Title to get all the details handled. When a last-minute snafu popped up, Alyssa’s team jumped right in and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally so the title team could complete the deed transfer.

And now, this wonderful couple can officially call this beautiful lake house their very OWN home! 🏠🌲🛶🐟🎣

I’m so grateful that Aubrey and Colton chose me to help them through such an important chapter in their lives! Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions and investments a person can make, and I never take the trust my clients place in me lightly. One of my favorite streets to drive down in the fall. 🍁😍It’s tree after tree bursting with flaming reds, oranges, and golds—especially beautiful during that golden hour before sunset.

It makes me so happy watching the leaves change right here in my own neighborhood. I truly love living and working in Northeast Minnesota, and I have to say… this is my favorite time of year! 🍁❤️🧡💛

This evening, I had the opportunity to show this beautiful lake property to some friends who are in the process of purchasing it—and I couldn’t be more excited for them! ❤️
