🎉Mirabella Realty had our official ribbon-cutting grand opening at our new office in Nashwauk. The Chamber of Commerce came to bring us a welcome plaque and gold ribbon to commemorate the occasion. We served up pulled pork sandwiches, pickles, chips, cookies and beverages. It was great seeing some of our frequent partners such as Fairway Mortgage Company, Hibbing Branch and two of our local title companies, as well as several people from the community stop by. It was fun receiving lots of waves and honks as traffic drove by our building. 👏🏽 So I often say that my clients are the BEST clients, but… it’s true❣️ I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with many different people, from different walks of life, experiencing many situations and as a result, have different needs. My role is to listen, guide, assist, advise and “steer the ship” so to speak, as to obtain a positive outcome. In real estate, it’s not about perfecting the pitch, it’s about having the right perspective. Your clients don’t want to be “sold” on a house. They want to feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re helping someone buy their first home or sell their third investment property, I believe in leading with empathy, not ego. That’s the difference between a transaction and a relationship.

I recently helped a very nice couple find their perfect home on the Iron Range by understanding their priorities and needs within a tight timeframe. Thanks to Alyssa at Fairway Mortgage Company, Hibbing Branch and Sellman Title, we closed the deal sooner than expected. I’m thrilled to welcome them to Hibbing!!

All of my clients are special to me, first of all. Assisting these two sisters with selling their childhood home was particularly challenging since they both reside out of state. Having their trust in me to prepare their house for the Spring market, to perform the work to properly market their property was especially important. I communicated with them every step of the way. I greatly appreciate the assistance of friends Jake and Missy, who diligently cleared out the property and cleaned up the house, garage apartment and workshop buildings, inside and out. Their efforts and dedication were instrumental in making this house stand out! 🤩
I am also grateful for the services provided by Hibbing Heating & Air Conditioning, who ensured the heating elements were functioning properly. Working with local contractors who take pride in their work is essential for selling a house efficiently. I also very much appreciate the collaboration with the buyer’s local lender, Fairway Lending, and local title companies, which facilitated a smooth transaction. Kudos to all for a swift closing despite the distance! 👍🏽

A home inspection is an important, non-invasive examination of a property's structure and components. One often-overlooked area is the attic, where common issues include insulation, fire damage, moisture intrusion, and animal activity. Chris Erickson of Range Inspections LLC recently conducted an inspection where he found a potentially dangerous situation with a gas-fired water heater venting right into an abandoned chimney! This highlights the importance of home inspections and ensuring access to all areas of the property. Not only is an inspection good information about the condition of a house and garage, but it very well may keep you and your family safe.
