🔥 UNDER CONTRACT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! 🔥

This one is a little different — because I wasn’t just the Listing Agent. I also brought the buyer to the table and got them under contract as the Seller’s Subagent.

And this is exactly where experience, diligence, and knowing how to execute matter.

Even though my agency relationship was with the seller, I took the buyer’s concerns seriously and made sure the material facts were investigated and addressed diligently throughout the transaction.

There were two major concerns:

🏡 SEPTIC:
The buyer wanted answers about the septic system, so I had the septic inspection completed within 24 hours of going under contract.

📜 RIGHT OF WAY:
There was a concern that a right of way had supposedly not been extinguished. I personally researched the deed history and found that the right of way had been extinguished.

That’s what I believe real estate representation should look like.

I don’t believe in ignoring an issue simply because it may be inconvenient or because of which side of the transaction I represent. Material facts deserve to be investigated. Questions deserve answers. And transactions deserve a professional who knows how to get things done.

I was able to list the property, secure the buyer, get it under contract in less than an hour, and diligently work through the concerns that came up after contract.

That’s not luck.

8 YEARS. 🤍💜🩵

Today marks 8 years since I became a licensed Realtor® and somehow, on that exact same day, I officially changed my maiden name to my married name.

Two milestones. One day. Two completely different chapters of my life coming together.

Eight years ago, I had no idea where this career would take me. I only knew I was willing to work for it. Real estate has given me a life I once only dreamed about building a business I’m incredibly proud of, helping families find home, creating opportunities, and proving to myself over and over again that the life you want is possible when you’re willing to fight for it.

And now, I get to carry my husband’s last name while building that life beside the man who means everything to me. ❤️

My career gave me a dream.
My husband gave me a forever.
And somehow, today, I get to celebrate both.

I’m proud of the woman I was 8 years ago.
I’m grateful for everything she survived.
I’m even more proud of the woman she became.

Here’s to 8 years of showing up, figuring it out, taking chances, working harder than anyone expected, and refusing to settle for anything less than the life I knew I was meant to have.
