🏡This was a very exciting closing this week!

During due diligence, we discovered the required set backs and septic lines wouldnt allow for the back yard plans my buyer originally had. After all but officially terminating the contract and starting the home search again, we negotiated the neighboring vacant land that the seller also owned, and continued to closing with nearly double the lot size!!

Turns out, its not over till its over, and its always worth getting creative with solutions!

🔑Off to closing we went!

We have loved playing around with some exterior design & landscaping!

When my client and I first toured this home, we were so bummed to find out an offer had JUST been accepted 🥺

We continued to view more homes, but this one was always in my client's mind.

You can imagine how absolutely thrilled she was to learn it had fallen out of contract and was back on the market! 🎉
