Friendly reminder when touring homes, assume you’re always being recorded! Ring doorbells, exterior cameras, pet cameras inside the home, they’re everywhere and they are ALWAYS on!

Whether you’re questioning the price out loud, commenting on the sellers decor, or casually mentioning “your budget”, the seller does not need to hear that because it could hurt you in the process.

Even if you think that house isn’t for you, the market changes, deals fall apart and that could be the home you end up with 😅 Sending a lowball offer after the seller heard how much you could “actually afford” isn’t going to help our negotiation.

Even if you’re saying something positive about the house, keep all your feedback to yourself then tell me EVERYTHING once we’re in the car driving away from the house! 🏡
