Kauai estate once owned by Carlos Santana back on market for $13M 🏠

The property is a 4-bedroom, roughly 4,000 sq. ft. home in Kīlauea on Kauaʻi’s North Shore, sitting on about 3 acres on Anini Vista Drive, in a gated blufftop community above Anini Beach. It has ocean views, glass walls, pitched wood ceilings, a step-down living room, lanai, mosaic-lined pool, and a trail down toward Anini Beach.

Santana reportedly owned it from 2020 to 2022. He bought it for around $8M, listed it for about $12.9M, and later sold it for $11.9M.

Now it’s back at $13M after a previous sale apparently fell through. It’s also being marketed alongside the much larger neighboring estate, asking $32.5M, with both properties together offered as a compound for $55.5M
