So honored she asked me to help her sell her properties. She’s a longtime agent (from the early 70s) and her friend told me that she was “tough” so hesitated to refer her to me. But she saw how I worked for her friend and she asked me to represent her😉 It was truly an honor! It did not matter that she was on the other side of the world, communication was excellent and everything went so smoothly each time. I video called her via WhatsApp to congratulate her on the sale of her last property and she said “so this is it, we may not ever see each other again“ we sat there looking at each other on our phones and there was a long pause… Oftentimes when I’m helping somebody sell their home the disconnection is very abrupt and I experience sense of loss, especially when they’re no longer on Island. Particularly in this situation as she returned to Europe, all the way across the world…. Maybe I will go back to Nice and visit her someday when we visit family in Belgium. Maybe she will miss Hawaii which was her home for 50+ years. We will definitely stay in touch via WhatsApp, thank goodness for that! Missing you already Daniele!!REMAX REMAX Hawaii
