Just SOLD 1758 Mikahala Way in Wilhelmina to my buyers for $1.7M! I was able to beat out 4 other offers and secure it for my buyers for $99,000 below original asking and $1,000 above current asking. Besides bringing in a strong offer, we focused on terms that would be friendly to the seller and show them how motivated we were to close. Sure enough closed without asking for any additional credits. Thank you Ky Lao of Five Star Realty for being great to work with and trusting me to bring it to the finish line. He mentioned another thing that helped us get the winning bid was when I was at Punahou Carnival this past year I had some leftover scripts and as I was walking out, I gave it to a little boy who happened to be his son. We both didn't realize it until we were reviewing offers. Sometimes small random acts of kindness can come back to you in a meaningful way!
