What a day, yesterday! Months of work culminated as my friends & clients, Barry and Rhonda Harvill, signed all the paperwork on the purchase of their new home in Crestwood.

They have a vision for this sweet home and having renovated before - it won’t be long before they & their contractor bring it all to life. I’m excited to have a front row seat as it morphs from “perfect location with great space” to “just enough and exactly right for us!”

2026 has been a year of BIG changes for them that includes three real estate transactions. I’m forever grateful for their trust in helping guide them through each one.

A new day’s dawning for them and I’m thankful to have played a small part. 🤍🤍🤍
