A lot of people have asked me lately why I stayed through multiple brokerage changes instead of jumping ship.

Overdue post but, here is the background of this story…

A friend of mine that we were stationed in the same unit for a couples of years had PCS to Florida. Finally after a couple of years over there he got orders to come back to good ol’ Fort Bragg or Ft Liberty for the special ones.
He reached out because he has always lived on rentals and never used his VA loan. I talked to him about the process and he decided to trust me with the biggest purchase that he has ever had. We did the full transaction at distance. The closing and everything was taken care of at distance, he didn’t even had to travel here before closing.

The day they had to get to NC they already had a property waiting for them, a place where he is going to create memories, a place where he is going to discover what is homeownership and the power of wealth building through real estate.
