Andreza graduated with degrees in International Business and post graduation in International Laws and Affairs, along with several other trainings and certifications she earned during her career. A high achiever, she focused on international businesses, importing and exporting several different types of goods and services all around the world for more than 18 years; creating, leading and training
high performance teams worldwide, dealing with complex contract negotiations and legal compliances, using project management tools, excelling in customer service, and owning her own businesses. She became a real estate investor at a very young age and have invested in properties in US and abroad until she noticed that all the paths she would choose would lead her back to real estate, something she always held dearly to her heart. With a strong work ethics, a life story that proves she can overcome any obstacle, in addition to degrees in different areas of expertise, an open mindedness as her natural trait, she is always ready to find creative legal solutions for complex situations she finds along the way to make sure her clients have their best interest protected at all times. Her passion to support people reaching their goals successfully has been her top priority before and after she migrated her career into real estate. Her proven experiences and understanding about diversity and different cultures have definitely given her the leverage to navigate multiple offers situations and win negotiations in this very competitive market, being a fundamental support in her client's journeys at the capacity of working towards overseeing possible outcomes, advising properly and acting proactively to comply with the rules and regulation requirements.
