Woohoo, closing day fun!! When your friend calls and says they may want to really start looking in about 6 months, but if we can have a little assistance to get us started that’d be great. About a week later we went on our 1st showing. Fast forward 5 total houses viewed and just 2 months from the 1st showing, we closed on their new home! EEEKKKK! I am SO excited to announce that today was Closing Day for my sweet clients! 🥳✨

About 6 weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Crys and forming a plan for their permanent move all the way from Arkansas to League City, TX! 🌟 Our journey took a few twists and turns over the 4 days we spent house hunting — and lo and behold, the house they decided on was absolutely NOTHING like the one they started out thinking they wanted! 😂🏡

There are always some bumps in the road when it comes to being under contract, and this one was no different! 🤕 We were able to navigate every one of them — even going so far as having the builder pull up carpet and replace it AND the baseboards due to a crummy subcontractor on the job site. 😤🔨 They may have closed a week later than expected, but they can FINALLY call this beauty home! 🏠💕
