This one was special from beginning to end. ❤️
We were blessed to get to help both the sellers and the buyers on this beautiful home - and I truly couldn’t have asked for two better families on either side of the transaction.
I worked with my sellers for months leading up to listing, helping them prepare their home to hit the market. And as my fellow Realtors know, when you walk alongside clients through that entire process, you really get to know them. I knew I loved this family before, but somewhere along the way, I was reminded exactly why. They are simply one of the most beautiful families, inside and out. ❤️
Then one day, I received a text from a longtime client who has trusted us with several purchases and sales over the years. They were helping their daughter look for a home and thought this one might be the perfect fit.
Little did she know when she walked through the front door that she was looking at a home right down the street from us! 🏡❤️ And almost immediately, they knew - this was home.
From there, everything just fell into place. Two incredible families, a seamless transaction, and a closing that truly felt meant to be.
It’s definitely bittersweet for Eric and me. We’re saying goodbye to wonderful neighbors and a family whose girls grew up right here in our neighborhood. But at the same time, we’re welcoming an amazing young family who is just beginning to build their own life and memories here.
One family closing a beautiful chapter, and another just beginning theirs. ❤️
