Here is Caesar Lacosta's take on our motivated seller leads:
$13,578 BET ON MYSELF = 3X ROAS
94 leads. $13,578 spent. $39,000 closed & funded.
Middle of The Forge, I decided to bet $149 at a time on myself...
And gave Real Estate Bees (PPL Provider) a shot.
First lead: June 24
As of 9/4:
94 leads purchased.
$13,578 spent.
5 contracts signed.
2 closed & funded.
$39,000 Assignment Fees closed & funded.
Actual ROAS: 2.87X.
Now before anybody runs off and starts buying leads…
Real Estate Bees is currently NOT a TU Approved Provider yet...
So try them at your own peril.
Could I have spent $13K and made $0?
Absolutely!
So ask yourself:
Do you have the skillset to bet on yourself at $149 a pop?
More importantly…
Do you have the budget to survive if you're wrong?
If yes, then they're DEF worth testing.
When I say they're “good leads,” I don't mean every seller is motivated.
I mean they're real inbound leads with real humans.
Motivated. Unmotivated. Wrong price bucket. Right price bucket.
I've had great conversations with all of them.
And that's all we can ask for.
They also offer lower-cost, non-exclusive leads, but I haven't bought enough of those to give you a legitimate yes or no.
So I won't.
My scoreboard:
$13,578 wagered.
$39,000 returned.
2.87X ROAS.
That's MY scoreboard.
Not a promise of yours.
If you’ve got the skillset and the budget…
BET on yourself.
Just understand what a bet means.
You don’t get to blame the leads when you’re holding the cards.
