2nd story and roof on this past week. Getting all the steel hurricane straps and clips on to keep everything in place and strong. You can really see the variation in depth to the facade of this property now and that front porch is going to be beautiful. Just wait until you see the outdoor living and kitchen space with the soaring ceiling.

Make hay while the sun shines. All the beautifully engineered 18” high floor trusses have now been installed which will keep plumbers and HVAC installers happy. Rock solid floors and nice graceful (read ‘short & effcient’) sewer and HVAC duct runs are the order of business with this design. Since taking these photos on Monday, 2nd story walls are already up so look for an update next week. Showed some interested buyers around the site this week and have more viewings set up next week.
