Has anyone else had problems with Client Experience Rating?? I sent them my last clients name and email 3 times then they threatened to disable my ratings from my page for not sending. The third time I emailed them and they sent back another email saying they fixed it because it was a repeat client for me to resend for the 4th time and I did.. That was last Saturday now this Saturday they sent me an email said since I didn’t send buyers name and email they have disabled my rating. What an awful way to treat an agent that has tried to comply in every way sending it back 4 times.
