Congratulations-Bermejo family!

First closing of the day literally started with the rising of the sun. Drove for 24 hours and still awake on several cups of coffee. Out-of-state transplants and now Texans, they are pure examples of the saying, "Nothing grows in your comfort zone".

It's not an easy feat to sell your current home, moving your child to another school, applying for a new job then finding the perfect home for your family in another state. A fast week of house hunting and a month til' closing is all worth the wait. Now in a bigger home, in a bigger state, bigger hopes and dreams. The leap forward is courage and determination personified.

Congratulations-Padlan family!

Not too long ago we were visiting this model home and luckily it went on the market after a few weeks of searching for properties.
