What this means:
Ask: “Best CRM for real estate agents?” → Sponsored recommendations
Ask: “Real estate agent near me” → Paid agent placements at the top

Why now:
▫️700M weekly users = Google-level traffic
▫️Need revenue beyond subscriptions
▫️Google makes $237B/year from ads

For real estate agents: You could pay to show up when people ask ChatGPT for recommendations

For users: Some AI suggestions will be paid placements
