For this property, I knew our strategy had to be tactful. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood in Owens surrounded by other beautiful properties typically offering pools, all white updated kitchens, etc. Staying in the top 3 for comps (always #1 for us), with constant updates and marketing was crucial in getting showings. We constantly offered flex credit since our market is very rate sensitive and ensured we stayed below comps at all times. 🔨HANDYMAN SPECIAL🔨

Last week was SO fulfilling because after searching for many months for a great opportunity, I had the privilege of helping my dear friends close on an investment property in a growing & eclectic area right here in Huntsville! The journey was SO FUN, so when we closed it was all smiles and pure excitement!!!🤩
