In the Past 7 days Huntsville has had 105 new Active Listings for sale added to the current market. The total amount of all Active Listings for sale in Huntsville, AL is currently sitting at 913 total listings.

There were 60 homes that have gone Under Contract to sell and 91 homes that have Sold in the Past 7 days.

The Average Sales Price over the past 7 days is $349,000 and the Average Days on Market is currently sitting at 58 days.

The Current Mortgage Rates:
30 Yr. Fixed: 6.45%
30 Yr. FHA: 5.91%
30 Yr. VA: 5.93%

The Mortgage Rates Are Actually Lower This Week.

A 30 year Conventional Fixed Rate Mortgage is currently sitting at 6.45%.

Federal back loans have remain steady these past few weeks as well. FHA loans are currently 5.91% and VA loans are currently at 5.93%.

The amount of available homes in Huntsville market has increased these past few weeks with 913 homes available.

Mortgage rates are still high, but have not slowed down the rate of homes being sold in Huntsville area with 91 total homes sold in the past 7 days. The average days on market has increase the past 7 days, with Huntsville currently sitting at 58 Average Days on Market which is 10 days fewer from just over a month ago.

The Average Sales Price of homes in Huntsville has started to drop in the past few months, sitting at an average of $350,000.

Spring time is here and homes that are price right are moving fast in the Huntsville and North Alabama areas.
