Showings and shoe covers, just another day in real estate!🤣

Funny story: The last time I showed a house that didn’t allow shoes inside, The listing agent hadn’t warned me ahead of time, and there weren’t any shoe covers provided.

It was later in the year, so I had boots on. My only option was to take them off… only to discover that I was wearing mismatched socks. Two completely different colors. I’m talking like blue and pink😂

My clients bought that exact home, but they did NOT let me live that one down for a while! As a first year real estate agent back then, I was mortified!🤣

Showing houses (and doing anything else) in this weather is brutal! And houses with their AC kept above 72 degrees on a day like today, should be considered a crime.

Showed lots of houses yesterday, on a serious time crunch, and totally forgot to take many photos. But it does appear I snapped photos of the important things: a porch goose, a cool BBQ shed, a friendly cat, and a bear riding a shark shower curtain.
