17 homes later, they found THE one! 🏡🎉

Our were relocating from Colorado to North Alabama for U.S. Space Command, and they came into their home search with a game plan.

Amanda helped them work through their options, and after touring 17 homes, they found an amazing home in New Market that felt like the right fit.

Now the search is over, the keys are theirs, and they can officially call North Alabama home!

There’s something pretty special about a client trusting you with their real estate from halfway around the world. 🌎🏡

Our in Madison is a past client and investor who now lives in Israel. When it was time to sell another North Alabama property, he called Amanda Holifield again and trusted her to handle the process here while he was thousands of miles away.

Even closing day came with a time-zone challenge. While it was the middle of the night in Israel, the documents were signed and everything came together for another successful sale!
