We’re honored to see recognized on a national stage through the CNU Charter Awards!

The highlights projects across the country that are creating more walkable, connected, and livable communities. Their Charter Awards are among the most respected recognitions in urban planning, given each year to a select group of developments that are truly doing it right.

Winners are chosen by a jury of leading architects, planners, and designers who look for projects that not only reflect these principles, but also make a lasting impact on how people experience a place.

What started as a redevelopment of a former mall site is now evolving into a walkable, mixed-use district that continues to grow with Huntsville.

Grateful for the partners, tenants, and community helping shape what MidCity is becoming.

It’s one of those moments where good food, great stories, and shared purpose fill the same room.
