Why Cocoa's Proposed Brightline Station Could Be a Game-Changer for Homeowners and Future Residents:

The Space Coast has long been one of Florida's best-kept secrets, offering easy access to beaches, cruise ports, aerospace innovation, and a relaxed coastal lifestyle. Now, a proposed Brightline station in Cocoa could make the area even more connected and desirable for residents, commuters, travelers, and investors.

The proposed station site is located at the "Cocoa Curve" on Brightline-owned property adjacent to 2800 Clearlake Road, just south of the intersection of U.S. 1 and State Road 528 (The Beachline Expressway). According to project plans, station access would be provided from Clearlake Road and Michigan Avenue rather than directly from U.S. 1.

What Does This Mean for Residents?
One of the most significant benefits of the proposed station is improved connectivity.

Brightline currently operates service between Orlando, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, and Miami. A Cocoa station would allow Space Coast residents to access those destinations without driving through some of Florida's busiest highways.
