What a difference 2 months makes!

Independent inspection day for this beauty. Why are we getting our own inspection, you ask? 🤔

Getting an inspection by a qualified home inspector is absolutely recommended, even when dealing with new construction.

New build doesn’t always mean perfect build. There can be construction defects, errors, or oversights. Most builders hire several subcontractors to complete different aspects of the construction of each home and may not thoroughly check behind them. Don’t assume that a building superintendent or county inspector will catch these issues. A professional inspector can detect issues that may not be immediately visible to an untrained eye. This can include issues like structural problems, faulty wiring, plumbing issues, or improper installations.

Protect your investment and move in with peace of mind knowing your home has been thoroughly inspected for safety and quality. ✅
