When a mama wants her dream home and you deliver right before Mother’s Day! We sold the Halstead’s home on the same street merely 8 homes down the street for the new house they wanted. They trusted me whole heartedly and were willing to put in the work to make this dream a reality. We went to work preparing and staging the home, if I made a recommendation Noelle was always, yes I can do whatever you need. I can’t express the appreciation a Realtor has for a homeowner who puts the fate in your hands but who realizes the value a Realtor brings along with their expertise. We all knew the goal and were able to find a buyer for their existing home and go under contract on their new construction home using the proceeds from their sell for a back to back closing. It didn’t come without some small challenges, but we timed it perfectly, made the right decisions and partnered together to ensure everything was buttoned up.
