Tonight was Caleb's 7th grade band concert. I'm proud of him for sticking with band even though he struggled with it. I hope he continues next year!

Two days. A room full of women who just *get it.* 🥹

Still processing everything from Girls With Grit Live in Austin - the conversations, the vulnerability, the growth. My heart is so full.

Being a Realtor can feel incredibly lonely. You have to be "on" 24/7. Always polished. Always with the answers. Always showing up even when you're running on empty.

Oh wait… is that just being a woman? Yeah. Doubly true for us.

These women don't gatekeep. They don't compete. They share, they encourage, and they walk alongside you on the hard days. That is rare. And I don't take it for granted.

This isn't just a coaching program. It's my tribe. 💛

To every woman I hugged, laughed with, and got a little teary with this weekend — I see you. I'm grateful for you. The friendships we're just starting? I have a feeling they're going to change everything.

This is just the beginning. 🙌
