The extra-large company list from the Charlotte Business Journal's Best Places to Work always gets me, because these are the names that basically run in the background of everyday life here. Edward Jones, Hendrick Automotive, DPR Construction. Hundreds of employees at each one, all showing up to build something in this city every single day. It's easy to forget how much of Charlotte's growth is tied to workplaces like these until you see it laid out. If a job at one of these companies has you thinking about a move, or you're just curious what's fueling all this growth, I'm always happy to talk it through.

Tonight was Caleb's 7th grade band concert. I'm proud of him for sticking with band even though he struggled with it. I hope he continues next year!

I started and ended my day surrounded by some of the most powerful women I know - and I don't take that for granted for a second.
These are women who collaborate. Women who build. Women who lead. I am so incredibly blessed to be in their circle. 💛
