It's been a busy week for my clients!
One seller closed on the home she lived in for over 40 years. It was a longer process than any of us could have predicted, but at the end of the day, we got the job done and she can now move on into the next phase of her life. A lot of emotions on this one as you can imagine!
One buyer closed on his new home that's the start of a brand-new chapter, too. He came to play, was ready from day one and we acted fast to secure the home that he and his kids are going to love for a long time! Can't wait to officially celebrate with you at your new place very, very soon!
I also got to help another set of first-time homebuyers make home ownership a reality. We definitely had to get creative on this one, but we were able to get a 'win-win' for all parties and successfully made it to the closing table! Thank you for the opportunity to help navigate this process with you guys!
