Last weekend looked a little different than normal…

My family and I took a quick long weekend away in one of our all time fave places, The Florida Keys!

4 years ago we fell in love with the middle keys…if i’m being honest I think I’m the one who fell HARD 🤣 At the time I was a newer mama to 3 kids and the last two kiddos are my irish twins. I was exhausted and I found respite in the keys.

The nature, the quiet and the beauty revived me! And continues to do so since our first trip. 5 trips later and you can say i’m hooked. Looking forward to the next time.

Sometimes life has SO many moving parts and with a family of 5 the calendar stays stacked. The unwind and quality time with the ones I love most is really what it’s about.

This closing day hit different!! let’s talk about it…

my clients reached out to me on social media via DM and said “hey we are thinking about buying can you help?” to which I said heck yes! These are old friends of mine and I was thrilled to get the message from them even though we haven’t seen each other in a little while. Very happy that they thought of me to be their realtor!

We met for coffee, and I brought a lender partner with me so we can tag team answering all questions buyers might have from the realtor and lender perspective. Spring market was just starting and we talked strategy. Clients needs, and exactly how I support throughout the process.

The path to this property was anything but linear! My clients were patient and persistent in, trusted their gut and the process. We found a property in an area that is experiencing a ton of growth PLUS the property was completely fully renovated with a one year builder warranty provided by the seller!! That’s what I call a major upgrade!!!

I spent this whole transaction advocating for my clients and protecting their best interest and at the end of the day both day, and I are thrilled for their new opportunity and this new chapter of their life. Michael and Marina I can’t wait to pop by and see what’s cooking for dinner 🤣😜 thank you for being awesome and trusting me and this process. You did it!!! 🙌🏾

Today was one of my fave days of the year, the annual spring luncheon for Women for Riley which marked the end of my year 4 with the group and my 3 year run on the board (this time, let’s be honest i’ll be back on the board eventually😂)

This group is the epitome of the power of WOMEN! I couldn’t think of a better word to describe each and every lady in this group than DEDICATED. Being on the board these last years opened my eyes to just how much time, effort, conversation, connection and action it takes to create what we do every year. And each year i’ve joined has been bigger, more innovative, and just grown like something i’ve never seen before all thanks to the ladies of this group!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We are so thankful and lucky to serve the families and kiddos of Riley Children’s. Though i’m pausing my time on the board, i’m really looking forward to connecting with this group through pillars I haven’t yet explored and seeing where that leads me.

I am consistently inspired by the amazing women who make up this group!! Proud to stand along side each and every one of you 😘❤️ and today I was elated to snuggle with the cutest little puppy nuggets ever! It’s a GOOD day 🙌🏾🥰

Spent a few hours yesterday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for a client appreciation day hosted by one of my favorite vendor partners, Hitman Solutions .solutions ❤️ and it was such a good reminder why I value working with family-oriented businesses so much.

I brought my son along because he is completely car obsessed, and seeing the excitement through his eyes at IMS was the best part of the day. Being born and raised on the west side near Speedway, days like this just feel extra special to me.

Grateful for vendor partners who show up for me and my clients, treat people well, and genuinely care about relationships on top of being absolutely professionals at what they do! ⭐️
