So excited for my buyers on their beautiful Lennar build in McCordsville!
I was able to secure a great price AND negotiate closing costs to help with their down payment.
Then, I also got Lennar financing to give them 5.15% fixed for 30 yrs... at the builder's expense!
A huge win for them and such a fun one to be part of! This is why I love what I do!! 😊

Closing! Closing! Closing! 🏡 Had another closing with Lennar for my buyers moving back to Indy! They are moving back to be close to family and I love that I got to help facilitate the process with negotiating down the price, getting them lender paid closing costs AND getting them 5.125%! Plus, fighting the builder with inspection item completion! 💥 🥇 👏
Even better, the buyer's parent is a past client referral, now allowing her to be only 20 minutes away from her grandson! I love my job!! ❤️😊
