Selling soon? Worried about how much you'll make in today's market? An agent can help your house sell for as much as possible. Homes sold with an agent sell for $65,000 more than homes sold without one. Because a pro has the right network, marketing, and pricing strategy to draw stronger offers. So, when you're ready to make top dollar for your house, let's connect.

This year's housing market may be moving slower than many of us hoped. But, buyer demand is more resilient than the headlines suggest.

If you're wondering whether there are enough buyers for your house, let's connect. I'll show you what's happening in our local market and build a strategy that helps you take advantage of the momentum that's already here.

If you've been thinking about selling, you've probably seen plenty of headlines suggesting buyers have just about disappeared.

Whether you’re buying or selling, deals are looking different at the moment.

Almost half of sellers gave buyers a concession recently – the highest share on record for this time of year. Builders are also compromising, with over 60% offering incentives like upgrades or discounts.

That says one thing: negotiations are back on the table.

For buyers, that means more chances to ask for a better deal – and maybe get it.

For sellers, it means buyers will expect you to meet them partway. Digging in your heels could mean a longer wait or a lost sale.

The magic words right now? Wiggle room.

Let's connect to talk about what's realistic to ask for, or offer, in our market.

After a year or more of rates coming down, things have changed. And lately, mortgage rates have been climbing again.

And if that's made you wonder whether you should delay your move until they drop, you're not the only one.

The honest truth is that rates probably won't come down much until inflation cools off and some of the global uncertainty settles. And no one knows exactly when that'll be.

But what most headlines won't tell you is that rates aren't the only thing that affects affordability. Sure, they’re a big factor, but not all of the affordability news is bad.

Wages, home prices, and inventory are all trending in a direction that could still help make your move possible.

Want to know what that actually looks like for your situation? Drop a comment or send me a DM.

Because even though rates are higher, there are pockets of opportunity in any market, if you know where to look.

When’s the last time you checked how much equity you’ve built? Because the number might surprise you.

In just the past 6 years, the average homeowner has gained over $128,000 – just from price growth and making their payments.

That’s money that could help fund your next move or a major life goal.

And if you’ve lived there longer than 6 years, your number could be even higher.

Want to find out? I’m offering a free equity assessment for homeowners in our market right now. Just send me a DM to get started.
