One of the biggest misconceptions about a Buyer Agency Agreement is that signing it commits you to buying a home.
It doesn't.
The agreement authorizes your Realtor to represent your interests while you search for homes and negotiate on your behalf if you decide to move forward.
You still decide whether to buy, when to buy, and which home is right for you.
The purpose of the agreement is clarity, not commitment to buy.
