Today we’re celebrating a massive milestone: 14 years of employment at Redfin for the one and only Orlando Jimenez-Ford, and 15 years of him helping this company grow in every capacity imaginable. 🏠✨

Orlando has been a leader, a partner, a mentor, and above all, a friend. They say that when you surround yourself with people who make you better, you grow both professionally and personally.
