A rejection letter doesn't always mean no. Sometimes it just means nobody read the file right.

The pattern never changes: good borrowers get declined because the paperwork didn't tell the whole story, not because the deal was actually bad. That's the gap I live in — Non-QM and business purpose lending, where the answer is usually "yes, if you know how to structure it."

We're not in the business of bad loans. We're in the business of finding the yes that got missed the first time.
