Moving into your Collegetown apartment? When you arrive to pick up your keys, have your photo ID and apartment number ready.

We’ll get your keys signed out and explain what each one is for.

You’ll also receive an inspection form by email. Be sure to inspect your apartment, take photos, and submit the form so there’s a record of its condition when you move in. This can help protect your security deposit.

Move-in tip: Put an AirTag, Tile, SmartTag, or another tracker on your keys right away. It can make lost keys much easier to find and help you avoid replacement charges.
