This one means a little more to us.
When these sellers trusted us with their home, it had already been on the market with two different agents over the course of nearly two years without selling. We knew how much getting this home sold meant to them, and we didn’t take that trust lightly.
We were blessed to come in, get the home back on the market, and ultimately find ourselves in a multiple-offer situation. But getting under contract turned out to only be part of the journey. 😅
This transaction was a roller coaster. There were moments of uncertainty, difficult conversations, things that didn’t go according to plan, and plenty of problem solving along the way.
What made the difference was people working together.
We had the unique opportunity to help both the seller and the buyer in this transaction, and through honest communication, patience, teamwork, and everyone being willing to work toward the same goal, we finally made it to the closing table. 🙏🏽
