Hey friends! 👋 I wanted to share a quick snapshot of what’s happening in our local real estate market as we kick off 2026 — whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just curious about your home’s value.

📈 Prices are steady and trending up — The median sale price in New Bern is holding strong around the low-to-mid $300Ks and generally showing modest year-over-year growth compared to last year. Homes are still selling — it’s not a rapid sellers’ market like a few years ago, but it’s far from slow.
