Dad (Sands) got a new scooter… which obviously means it’s my new adventure-mobile. 😎

I’ve already inspected it for comfort, approved the ride quality, and claimed my co-pilot position. Now the only question is…

Apparently, I’ve been wrong this whole time…

Tucker does know how to use his dog bed. 🤯🐾

He just usually prefers our bed. 😅

So when I walked in and found him actually curled up in his own bed, I had to document this historic event. Don’t worry… it only lasted long enough to snap a picture before he probably started planning his return to the king-size mattress.

Anyone else buy their dog a nice bed just so they can sleep in yours instead? 😂💙

Sometimes I forget how far we’ve come.

From riding around looking at houses…
to helping open a brokerage…
to seeing our billboard standing along the road.

Pretty cool for a dog who gets paid mostly in treats. 🐾🧡
