Be aware of scams for renting in our area!! Several sites have popped up offering easy rental process, and fast move ins. I’m assuming the need for homes because of the wildfire has caused someone to target us more in our area. Many have gone thru the application process with them and sent deposit electronically and never heard from them again. I encourage everyone to contact a local agent, even if it isn’t a home they manage! Most of the local agents will agree when I say we are willing to check these things out! We are familiar with the homes available and who does management in our area. We want to protect the market, and our clients not just make a sell!!
