After a week of roller coasters with my grandsons, and yes, I got on the scary ones too (they made sure of that 😂).
Somewhere between the climbs, drops, and “wait, was that loop always there?” moments, it hit me: buying or selling a home feels a lot like riding a coaster. The climb, getting pre-approved, house hunting, prepping your home. The drops, inspections, appraisals, the waiting. The loops, negotiations, counteroffers, curveballs.
The finish …closing day, keys in hand, hands in the air.. woo hoo celebration
The truth is, you don’t have to love every twist and turn. You just need someone next to you who’s ridden it a hundred times and knows exactly when to say “hang on, this part’s fun.” Which happened when my grandson said “Grandma hang on” after convincing me I needed to ride in the front seat. That’s what I’m here for. Ready to strap in? Let’s talk about your next move. 🏡
