A little reintroduction because it’s been a while... 🤍
Hi, I’m Riley! If you’re new here, welcome. I’m a Realtor serving clients throughout Palm Beach and Martin County, and over the past few years I’ve had the privilege of helping some truly wonderful people buy, sell, and invest in Florida real estate.
I want to be more than just the person who helps you close on a house. Think of me as your local resource—for buying and selling guidance, neighborhood insight, trusted local vendors, market updates, hidden gems, and all my favorite places around town. My goal is always to give honest advice, communicate clearly, negotiate fiercely, and genuinely make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

☀️ I’m originally from Michigan but have proudly called Florida home for the last 5 years.
🌴 I found Tequesta sight unseen, took a leap of faith, and haven’t looked back.
🦞 My first Florida job in Florida was bartending at Hog Snappers.
🌊 You’ll usually find me at the beach searching for shark teeth, watching baby sea turtles hatch, or walking my pup.
🛍️ HomeGoods is my version of therapy.
🤍 I’m always on the hunt for a cute local boutique or the next great coffee shop.
