Building the future of aviation starts with strategic development.

At NAEDC 2026, Erik Murray, owner of Airside Innovations, and Kyle Eiserer joined industry leaders to discuss the airport development process from a private developer’s perspective. The Apex Aero Center terminal is more than a new facility, it represents a new chapter for Kansas City aviation. A $55M investment bringing a 15,000 SF terminal and over 150,000 SF of hangar, office, and maintenance space to serve a growing demand in business and general aviation.
