Great news!
Atlanta Rapper , Michael Render , “Killer Mike” is co-founding a new home 🏡 ownership program called Build-to-Ownership (B2O).
It is a strategic joint venture between Bridge Tower and Blackmon Real Estate. The housing initiative offers Greater Atlanta families a structured, rent-to-own pathway to transition from leasing newly constructed single-family homes to eventually owning them.
Core Details of the B2O Program:
🎯 Target Audience: Working-class families and individuals in the Greater Atlanta area who have been priced out of the housing market or struggle to secure traditional financing.
✅ How It Works: Residents temporarily lease newly built, high-quality properties. A portion of the monthly rental payments is typically deposited into an escrow account to be applied toward the eventual purchase of the home.
🏡 Home Prices: Projected home prices are expected to range from the mid-$200,000s to the $400,000s, depending on the specific community and metro housing market conditions.
